How ThreeLac Works

How Threelac Works

Suffering from Candida is enough to make even the strongest person feel like they’re fighting a losing battle.

It’s a tough issue to overcome and because it often causes a vicious circle of symptoms, eliminating Candida can be a real challenge.

Threelac is a product which may be able to help you. However, before you can determine if it is right for you, it’s important to understand how Threelac works.

Threelac is a product created in Japan and has been in the US market for more than 6 years.

It is produced by Global Health Trax, which also produces many other nutritional products and adheres to FDA manufacturing guidelines.

How ThreeLac Works - Ingredients

There are three active ingredients in Threelac, hence the name. They include:

• 500 Million CFU, colony forming unit, Bacillus Coagulans a Probiotic Lactic Acid Bacteria

• 500 Million CFU Bacillus Subtilis a Probiotic Bacteria

• 500 Million CFU Enterococcus Faecalis a Probiotic Lactic Acid Bacteria

Let’s take a look at each of these independently for just a moment.

Bacillus coagulans is a Probiotic organism that may help control occasional digestion and stomach problems, and help normalize cholesterol levels.

It also may enhance the immune response. Bacillus subtilis is Probiotic organism that may combat harmful microorganisms in the intestines.

Enterococcus faecalis is part of the Enterococci family which constitutes a major genus within the lactic acid bacteria group, and exists naturally in the human digestive tract.

A Probiotic, as defined by, is a microbe that protects its host and prevents disease. The best-known Probiotic is Lactobacillus acidophilus, which is found in yogurt, acidophilus milk, and supplements. Probiotics counter the decimation of helpful intestinal bacteria by antibiotics.

When these three active Probiotics are combined, they effectively create an ideal atmosphere in your digestive tract. They alter the ph value, or level of acidity, in your digestive tract, so that Candida both dies off and are unable to grow and reproduce.

Threelac comes in a packet. Each packet, along with the active ingredients, includes yeast, fiber, lemon juice power, canola oil and a microscopic amount of casein. The yeast is brewers yeast and serves as a fuel to activate the Probiotics.

It will not cause more Candida to grow in your intestines however if you’re allergic to Brewer’s yeast then Threelac is not for you. Additionally, if you live a vegan lifestyle or are allergic to dairy, you may wish to avoid Threelac due to the presence of Casein.

Fiber is also present as an inactive ingredient and also serves to support the beneficial Probiotics to thrive in your system.

Taking Threelac

It is recommended to take one or two packets a day if Candida overgrowth is present in your system. Each packet is consumed before a meal. Simply empty the contents into your mouth let it dissolve and then wash it down with a glass of water

As the environment in your digestive tract improves over time, typical users use Threelac for anywhere from 3 to 6 months or longer, Candida will die off. Some users experience side effects from this dying off. This die off of Candida releases toxins into your system.

The result can be worsened Candida symptoms along with stuffiness, headache, general aches and pains, skin rashes, vaginal irritation/discharge, numbness, mental confusion, fatigue, brain fog, and digestive problems. These symptoms usually last anywhere from a couple days to a week.

Die off symptoms can be quite severe in some individuals so it’s important to pay close attention to your body if you’re using Threelac and to start slow. If you’re pregnant or dealing with illness it’s important to consult with your physician before starting Threelac treatments.

How ThreeLac works is by improving the good bacteria and altering the environment in your digestive tract so Candida cannot thrive and survive. Once the Candida is gone, or reduced to a normal level, symptoms will evaporate and you can one again live a symptom free life.
