How To Use ThreeLac

How to Use Threelac

If you’ve been suffering from Candida for any amount of time you know the difficult and sometimes debilitating symptoms it can cause.

Thrush, vaginal yeast infections, headaches, chronic digestive issues, decreased immune system and even chronic fatigue and weight gain are all commonly caused by Candida Albicans.

Threelac is a product, designed in Japan, which combats Candida by introducing other good bacteria into your digestive tract in an effort to balance the ph and thus create an environment where Candida cannot grow.

How to Use ThreeLac - The active ingredients include:

• Spore Forming Lactic Acid Bacteria (Bacillus Coagulans)

• Spore Forming Bacteria (Bacillus Subtilis)

• Lactic Acid Bacteria (Group D Enterococcus Faecalis)

Threelac also includes lemon juice powder, refined yeast powder, and fiber. If you’re allergic to diary or live a vegan lifestyle it’s also important to note that it contains a very small amount of casein, 12 parts per million.

Additionally, the yeast in Threelac is present to activate the ingredients – it will not contribute to yeast overgrowth however if you’re allergic to yeast then this is not the right product for you.

Taking Threelac to combat Candida overgrowth is an extremely simple process. It is advised to take a saliva test in the morning before consuming anything.

The saliva test is conducted by spitting into a glass of water, waiting fifteen to thirty minutes and then taking a look. If there are strings suspended from your saliva at the top, you have a fungus or yeast overgrowth problem.

How To Use ThreeLac - Taking Threelac

It is suggested to start with 1-2 packets per day for a day or so, and increase packet by packet every few days until you begin to see improvement. Simply empty a packet into your mouth before a meal and let it dissolve and then follow it with a glass of water.

If you’re taking several packets, you can take one at each meal or all at once whichever works best for you.

You may decide to decrease or increase the number of packets you take depending on how your body is reacting. Many users take Threelac regularly for several months or so until the saliva test indicates a body free of Candida overgrowth.

If chronic candidiasis is a problem for you, it may be helpful to take Threelac on a regular basis or to regularly check your saliva to treat Candida overgrowth.

How to Use ThreeLac - Symptoms and Side Effects

Taking Threelac does result in some side effects for a few people. The side effects are largely contributed to yeast die off symptoms.

It’s recommended to start small and pay close attention to your health and body’s reaction to Threelac.

Though Threelac is developed in Japan, it is manufactured in the United States by an FDA approved facility, Global Health Trax.

Improving Threelac Results

Because lifestyle is so tightly entwined with Candida overgrowth, results can be enhanced by also improving lifestyle.

That means eliminating sugary foods and high starch foods like white bread from your diet. It also means consuming enough fiber that your digestive tract stays unobstructed and getting plenty of sleep and exercise to reduce stress.

Threelac isn’t for everyone, however if you’re suffering from chronic Candida overgrowth and the symptoms which result, Threelac may be exactly what you need to cure your Candida problems once and for all.
