Candida Control Diet Breakfast Vegetable Frittata
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
5 eggs, beaten
Leftover pieces of raw veggies: Green or red pepper, onion, tomato
Salt & Pepper
Leftover cooked veggies: broccoli, carrots
Directions:
Step One - Heat a medium sized cast iron skillet over medium heat
Step Two - Add oil
Step Three - Add raw veggies and cook until tender.
Step Four - Stir in leftover cooked veggies
Step Five Add in eggs, season with salt and pepper and stir until it begins to thicken.
Step Six Reduce heat and cover for 3-5 minutes until mixture is firm.
Step Seven - Uncover and place skillet under broiler to brown top of frittata.
Candida Control Diet Lunch Chicken Satay
Ingredients:
Marinade:
* 1 cup plain yogurt
* 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
* 1 teaspoon minced garlic
* 1 tablespoon curry powder
* 1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
* 20 wooden skewers, soaked in water 30 minutes
* Vegetable oil, for grilling
* Butter lettuce leaves
* Fresh cilantro leaves Directions:
Step One - Combine the yogurt, ginger, garlic, and curry powder in a small mixing bowl,
Step Two - Place the chicken strips in the yogurt marinade and gently toss until well coated.
Step Three - Cover marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Step Four - Thread the chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers.
Step Five - Place a grill pan over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
Step Six - Grill chicken for 3 to 5 minutes on each side
Step Seven - Serve satays with lettuce leaves, cilantro and peanut sauce
Peanut Sauce Ingredients:
* 1 cup smooth peanut butter
* 2 limes, juiced
* 1/2 cup hot water
* 1/4 cup chopped peanuts, for garnish
Directions:
Step One - Combine the peanut butter and lime juice in a food processor.
Step Two - While blending, drizzle hot water to thin sauce until desired consistency.
Step Three - Pour the sauce serving bowl and garnish with the chopped peanuts.

Candida Control Diet Dinner Pasta Primavera
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves minced garlic
1 red bell pepper, cleaned, seeded and cut into strips
1/2 pound thin asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, sliced in 1/2
1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 large carrot peeled and sliced into strips
3/4 pound whole-wheat linguine
2 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves
1/4 cup shredded basil leaves
Directions:
Step One - Heat oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Step Two Sauté garlic about 1 minute.
Step Three - Add peppers and cook until they begin to soften, about 3 minutes. Add asparagus and tomatoes and cook until softened, an additional 5 minutes.
Step Four - Add chicken stock salt and pepper and bring to a boil
Step Five - Reduce to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
Step Six - Stir in carrot strips.
Step Seven - Cook pasta according to package directions and drain
Step Eight - Toss pasta with vegetables and sauce. Garnish with parsley and basil.
Step Nine Serve and enjoy!
